How To make Litti Chokha

STEP.1

To make the dough for litti,

It is necessary to first prepare the dough

The dough is prepared by mixing a little wheat flour with a little mustard oil and a little salt in a bowl.

STEP. 2

Getting the filling ready for the litti

In a bowl, combine sattu (black gram flour), pickle masala, mustard oil, lemon juice, kalonji, ginger, coriander leaves, green chillies, and salt together. Then, preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. After that, divide the dough into equal parts, flatten to the desired size, and top with the filling. Close the dough by rolling it around the filling.

STEP. 3

What's the right way to bake Littis

Put them on a baking sheet and bake them. After baking them on one side, turn over to the other side to finish cooking them. To get a crisp coating, turn both sides of the pancakes for 2-3 minutes on an oven broil setting.

Slit the brinjal, wash and dry the chokha and prepare the chokha. Place the tomatoes, potatoes, and brinjal on the heat. Use the broil mode or the highest heat.
