We Present to you – 'वाह... Bihari'. India's first full-fledged Birahi cuisine Kitchen!

In this tech-driven world where finding cuisines from all across the globe is just one click away, finding a Bihari delicacy is like picking a needle from a haystack. It's a fact that it has always been a hassle to locate an outlet offering Bihari delicacies anywhere outside the home state. 'वाह... Bihari' envisages to bridge this gap and serve its customers with Bihari delicacies ranging from the famous "litti-chokha" to the rare "Dal-Pitha".Be it Bhojpuri, Magahi or Maithili our menu is decorated with such cuisines which reflect the rich history and diverse culture of Bihar in its real sense. And mind you, it's not only focused on serving Bihari people who are in every nook and corner in India. It is designed to make even locals in different states to look forward to these cuisines.

 

 

With time I came to terms with the fact that 'south Indian dishes' are not just an extension of 'Idli-Sambar'. If I apply the same logic, I know for sure that we all can accept that there is more to Bihari food items than meets the eyes.

 

I sincerely hope that initiative will bring people together. After all, culture is all about spreading uniqueness and still accepting them.

Journey...WahBihari

We moved to Pune in 1999 after getting job, keeping in the mind to settled in this amazing and beautiful place  Pune. During the last 20 years, we met with lots of Bihari people who settled  in pune, After meeting them we realized that they are  missing one thing and that is the authentic and traditional taste of "Biharifood".

Making a bang  in our mind, we have come with  this concept, “Wahbihari”.we want to serve the best authentic taste to our customer, so that they could come again and again without missing their Bihari food taste.

There is a short story behind this concept, we want to share with you, My own nephew, he was studying in Chennai, One day he was discussing his college life with us and reavealed that, in our college lots of north Indian students are there and they  mostly prefer to have outside food because mess food has a local touch in it, They always try to hunt out  for north Indian restaurants in order to satisfy their carveness for north indian food flavour.The similar kind of experience he had in "Kota" during his coaching classes.

So me  and my wife came with this concept, let’s  plan something different which can meet the expectation and carving of food lovers and that’s how "Wahbihari" born to cater. 

We have a vision to reach out all Bihari people who are staying and studying away from their hometown.

As a proud Bihari, we will promote our cuisine to the next level and we are sure that oneway "WahBihari" reach out to all foodies. 

We have a plan to start small outlets across the south and western region in India. Our vision Low investment franchise outlets  all  across India under  Attam  Nirbhar  Bharat Mission

 we are also working on product availability of all products which you will find only in Bihar, like Tilkut, Lai, Aduri, tilauri, Khaja, Khubia ke Lai, Laktho, Organic sattu, Sarson tel ka achar, Makhana and many more.
